I've often wondered what it would be like to try fishing the tiny stream that joins another to form the small river near home. It's very overgrown in summer and off the beaten track, and I suspect its very rarely fished, if ever!

I should really have waited for heavy rain to colour and lift the clear, shallow water, but I couldn't contain my patience! A difficult session in store!!
