New FTC rules aim to make it easier to cancel subscriptions

The Federal Trade Commission is issuing new regulations that make canceling subscriptions as easy as it is to sign up for them amid increasing complaints about the obstacles companies impose when users try to unsubscribe. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
