Loveland, CO is a popular place for people to move to. That is keeping Loveland and all of Northern Colorado's real estate market HOT. Of course the real estate market has slowed down with higher interest rates in 2023 and we do expect the market to slow down at the end of each year but let's look at the actual data from December 2023 and discuss what this means for the new year.
