hi guys, we know the 3 step we need to overcome to be a bcs cadre.
all steps are important for you.i have found a negative thought within most of the bcs candidates. they believe the 1st step bcs preliminary is most important for their and they provide most of the time also for the preliminary. this is not a correct concept.i have to serious about all step because if you fails or do bad any step you could not be a cadre.so take all the step seriously.
yes this is true we have to overcome 1st step to perform next step.

after 1st step comes 2nd step which is written exam.most of the student give little time in this step they do not take it seriously.but written exam preparation is also important.for more mark you have to follow some techniques some rules in bcs written exams.

do not think about your preliminary after your exams and do not waiting for result.
