My Entire Jazz Vibraphone Mallet Collection

Finally! I made a video about mallets...

I dumped all of the mallets in my apartment onto the floor and give a demonstration as well as my opinion about each of them. I used the Zoom H4 to record the vibraphone, it tends to be a pretty dry sound but you should get a good idea of what each of these mallets sound like.

I tried to explain exactly what I like and don't like about each of these, as well as which factors I take into consideration when choosing mallets for a particular gig.
