How to view a Safire Smart camera on your TV using the VLC Player?

This can be useful when the Safire Smart recorder is on the same network but not near the TV,
or when you have more than one TV and would like to see the live view from your TV.

This works only when the TV is a Android TV, or a Google Chrome Cast, and connected on the same network. (this should work on any other TV box, or stick like the Amazon firestick when the VLC player is installed)

This can also work from another location, but then the other location needs to have a public IP address, and you need to create a port forwarding (port 554)

Stream samples:
Without username, and password:
rtsp://IP:Port/chID=1&streamType=main
rtsp://IP:Port/chID=1&streamType=sub

With username, and password:
Main Stream - rtsp://user:password@IP address:554/chID=1&streamType=main
Sub Stream - rtsp://user:password@IP address:554/chID=1&streamType=sub

Now what we used in the demo. username: Onvif, and the password: 12345qwert:
Main Stream - rtsp://Onvif:[email protected]:554/chID=4&streamType=main
Sub Stream - rtsp://Onvif:[email protected]:554/chID=4&streamType=sub
