She even jokes about washing dishes in the bathroom sink, using the shelving next to the shower as a drying rack. "Works for now, but so ready to have a working kitchen again," she laughs. It's these candid moments that make Jana so relatable and endearing.

After whipping up a simple breakfast, Jana dives into the day's tasks, starting with touching up the cabinets with wood filler. "They say do what you love and you’ll never work again in your life," she muses. You can really see her passion and dedication shine through.

They decide to use a paint sprayer for the cabinets. While it's a bit messier, Jana explains that it saves time and results in a smoother finish. "In the long run, it does save time. And since you're not brushing the paint on, I feel like it can result in a nicer, smoother finish," she shares. Who knew a paint sprayer could make such a difference?

After priming and sanding, they apply a beautiful light beige paint. Jana is thrilled with the result, exclaiming, "I love it, it's perfect." The transformation is stunning—a modern yet warm shade that breathes new life into the space.
