Duality vs Nonduality — Which is it?!?!

Some will say we live in a universe of infinite and varying forms. Some will say we are vibrations in a sea of consciousness. Are we one with everything? Or are we individuals cut off from the rest of the universe?

This exploration into the concepts of duality and nonduality examines the nature of our perceptions. We see separate forms all around us, yet we can sense how things are connected. We label objects as the solid separate forms that they are, yet we sense there is something much more marvelous happening beyond what our senses can perceive.

Neither duality nor nonduality is about turning a blind eye to the other. Observing and understanding both are essential for higher awareness and a greater wisdom to arise.
