The Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) is a California government agency with limited jurisdiction over employee wage and hour claims, including but not limited to disputes about minimum wages, overtime, meal and rest breaks, piece rates, commission, business expense reimbursements, wage statements and related civil penalties.
