INGREDIENTS:
Oil(तेल) - 1- 2 SpoonTbsp
Pav Bhaji Masala(पाव भाजी मसाला) - 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Spoon
Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) - 150 Gram
Carrot(गाजर) - 150 Gram
Cauliflower(फूलगोभी) - 150 gram
Peas(मटर) - 150 Gram
Water(पानी) - 1/2 to 3/4 Cup
Salt(नमक) - As per Taste
For Bhaji:
Oil(तेल) - 1 Spoon
Butter(बटर) - 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) -1/2 Tsp
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 1-2
Roasted Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Spoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Pav Bhaji Masala(पाव भाजी मसाला) - 1-1.5 Spoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste(अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट) - As per taste
Tomato(टमाटर) - 4 to 5, Grinded
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 2 Spoon
Salt(नमक) - As per Taste
Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/4 Spoon
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Spoon
Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) - 1/2 Spoon
Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - As per taste
Potato(आलू) - 2 to 3, Boiled & Grated
Hot Water(गर्म पानी) - As required
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
Butter(बटर)
For Pav:
Butter(बटर)
Red Chilli Sauce(लाल मिर्च की चटनी)
Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
Pav/Bun (पाव/बन)
For Serving:
Onion(प्याज)
Lemon(नींबू)
RECIPE:
Keep the cooker on the flame, put Oil, Pav Bhaji Masala, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, finely chopped Carrot, Capsicum, Cauliflower, Peas, Water & some Salt in it. Give it 2-3 whistles, then release the pressure & take out the boiled Veggies in a bowl. Separate the Water into another bowl. Mash the Vegetables by using a masher & put the veggies water in it & mix well.
For Bhaji, keep the Pav Bhaji Tawa on the flame, put Oil, Butter, Cumin Seeds, Finely chopped Green Chilli, Roasted Fenugreek Leaves, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Pav Bhaji Masala & saute them. Then put Ginger-Garlic Paste, Ground Tomato Paste & cook till the tomato releases Oil. After then put some Coriander Powder, Salt to taste, Crushed Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder & some Garam Masala, cooked and mashed vegetables & cook & mash it with the masher. Put some Lemon Juice, Boiled & Grated Potato, hot Water & cook well. Garnish it with some Coriander Leaves and put some more Butter on it.
For Pav, keep the tawa for heating, put some Butter, Red Chilli Sauce, Coriander Leaves & roast the Pav/Bun properly. Serve the Pav Bhaji with finely chopped Onion & Lemon Slice. In this way, street-style Pav Bhaji/Tawa Pav Bhaji will get ready at home easily.
