The purpose of the Enigma leg leash is to keep the gun from riding up when you draw. The rest of the time, it does nothing, so it only needs to be snug enough to stay in place. It will take some experimentation to find the perfect settings for your body, but once you get it dialed in, the concealment is incredible. Obviously I'm pretty biased, but this is the best concealed carry solution I have found.
