Thanks to some very generous parents and pupils at the school where I taught, I was able to try some amazing supercars at the Top Gear track.
Notes on the Ferrari: Incredible sound! This Ferrari was the best-sounding car I've ever driven and the semi-auto gear changes just increased the drama of the experience: adding in bangs each time I upshifted. Furthermore, the steering was light but well connected and direct. This was a surprisingly confidence-inspiring car and I can see why so many love their Fezzas. Also, this particular model had done 93,000 miles and still felt solid.
A boyhood dream accomplished - driving my favourite supercar round the Top Gear test track. Thanks again!
