Loch Kelly, M.Div., LCSW, is the award-winning author of two books, including "The Way of Effortless Mindfulness." Loch graduated from Columbia University where he received a fellowship to study meditation and healing in Sri Lanka, India and Nepal. Loch has collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn and NYU in the study of how awareness training can enhance compassion and wellbeing.

Loch is known for his warm sense of humor and his simple methods of helping people immediately glimpse awake consciousness.
