Amazing quality and types of meat!! The marbling on each meat is super clean and glistening! I loved loved the quality of their lamb…usually lamb leaves this gamy taste but their lamb meat was so fresh and tender! That goes well for the rest of their meat cuts as well!! The broths were super flavorful and I loved the selection of their drinks! Such a great variety!
