Why we love working with Local Real Estate Agents

Heres what we look for in a real estate agent partner based on our business model:
-Agent who understand the ins and outs of the market. We invest across the state of Wyoming and now MT. I don't have intimate knowledge of really any markets except Laramie because we've been investing there for 11 years, but everywhere else, we depend on agents to help us.
-ARVs
-Market conditions (supply, anticipated growth, what buyers are looking for)
-Rental demand
-Connecting us with other investors or buyers
-Walking properties we have under contract or are looking to make offer on


To clarify, agents don’t write our offers, but they serve as boots on the ground to:
-Walk property to get feel for things we can see on zillow (busy street, neighbors, unique properties features)
-Take photos & video
-Estimate rehab (very rough)
-Come back with ARV based on sold comps

What we offer in return:
1. Listing some of our Flips and Wholetails
2. Listing referrals from buyers who just want to sell for retail price
3. Another cash buyer for pocket listing they might have
