Fluffy Chocolate Mousse (makes 4 servings)
244 calories, 8g protein per serving (not including extra toppings)
1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1/4 package sugar free chocolate fudge Jell-O pudding mix
1 cup heavy whipping cream
*mix pudding into yogurt. whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. fold whip cream into pudding and refrigerate for at least 30minutes. top with mini chocolate chips, strawberries or raspberries!
