As I retire after 18.5 years of managing this incredible independent living community, my heart is filled with a mix of emotions - joy for the wonderful memories and love and sadness at the thought of saying goodbye.They are so much more than residents, they are family to me and they are the best.
I truly hope that I’ve given them as much as they’ve given me - love, support and care. This is by far one of the hardest thing I’ve ever done.
