This video is an excerpt from the speech of Sri Dattatreya Hosabale , General Secretary of the RSS.

Taking a cue from MK Gandhiji's speech on the subject at the Round Table Conference, Dharampal ji worked on it and extensively documented the state of Indian education even as the British had established their rule. This was documented in the book " The Beautiful Tree".
