We @Sufi Cafe humbly present a rare gem of the singers of dargah saien Rakhial Shah and Saien Cheezal Shah.
Sindh is land of Sufism. Sufism is present in folklore across all the provinces of Pakistan i.e. Folk music and culture. Rakhyal Shah and Cheezal Shah, father and son, are two renowned sufi saints and sufi poets. Their shrines are located in Fateh Pur in sutheren Balochistan. They were disciples of Sufi Shah Inayat Shaheed of JHOK Sharif, Sindh. Sufi singers Ghulam Haider and Muhammad Alam Faqeer sing sufi poetry of Rakhyal Shah and Cheezal Shah devotedly, so they are often called "Rakhiyal Shah Ja Faqeer" or singers of Rakhyal Shah. Their recordings of music album were on audio cassettes. These are very rare now a days as technology has taken step forward to digital dimension. We have managed to find their recorded audio cassette and converted it to digital form in order to preserve the precious work of poetry and performance.
