Fr. Frank Drescher is from Germany and was raised in the Protestant church. Since childhood, he has wanted to become a Pastor. But one day, after watching a movie, he felt drawn to the Catholic church and started questioning everything he thought about the Church. After going through many internal battles, he converted to Catholicism, and when he told about his childhood desire to become a priest to his parish priest, the priest brushed it off, saying, “every convert wants to be a priest.” After persistently pursuing his desire and a period of discernment, his desire was finally fulfilled.
