Description: This session will provide an overview of the Help to Grow Programme, exploring all areas where you can affect growth in your business; strategy, innovation, digitalisation, infiltrating international markets, developing vision, mission and values, marketing strategy and brand building, organisational design, employee engagement, finance management and implanting growth plans.

Biography: Lyn Hamblin works in the Employability team in the Business School, supporting students in developing their commercial experience to become “work ready”. Lyn is involved in placements, internships, work experience, special employability/research projects, live case studies and guest speakers. Lyn is networked in London through collaboration with Chambers, Local Authorities and Councils, trade related groups and the LSBU Business Solutions Centre.
