Did you know Verdine White is often called the most electrifying bass player in the world? White achieved the notable distinction of being ranked at the 19th position on Rolling Stone's list of the 50 Greatest Bassists of All Time. Verdine is best known as a founding member and bassist for the band Earth, Wind & Fire. He also had famous brothers Maurice White and Fred white who were part of the EWF Band. Verdine has had struggles early from childhood, to his wife being diagnosed with breast cancer to the death of his 2 brothers.
