This Paint Was DOA! - Misusing Meguiar's Marine RV Compound On Cheap Oxidized Single Stage Paint

Three years ago we painted our 72 Dart with the cheapest single stage paint on the market, and then we completely neglected it.
All of the paint on the hood, roof and deck lid was flat and stained with pollen and mold, looking like it was beyond the point of no return.
On the recommendation of a local detailer, we purchased a quart of Marine and RV Compound and worked it over the surfaces with a six inch polisher and medium foam disc from Harbor Freight.
The process went quicker than we would have thought possible, and the results are downright amazing.
