In a Marathon address to the parliament on border issues, the Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen told Parliament "If you are human and not animal, you should know your own history. Because animal it doesn't know what is what it even mating with its own momma."

If you haven't had a chance to watch the 5 hours and 20 minutes speech which many refer to as the greatest speech of Cambodian Prime minister Hun Sen, then this 1:59 sec clip sum all up and it is also a true reflection of Prime Minister Hun Sun.

The speech was broadcast live on television, to deny long-standing claims from the main opposition party that his government was allowing Vietnam to encroach on Cambodian territory. But that is not the only reasons, the main reason is to kill the momentum that created by the newly formed party "National Rescue Party", the merger between Sam Rainsy party and Human Right party. The newly formed party based their policies on fight land grabbing and border issue and fight for a fair go for all Cambodian.

Prime Minister Hun Sen is a very smart politician at least amongst Khmer people, his win-win policies work for him for almost 30 years now. As mentioned ealier, he is a master of twist and turn, he blame just about on everyone on border issue, he blame former King Sihanouk, he blame the opposition party for question the work of the government. He even blames the website that publish fault story on him and he tried to associate the website to the opposition.
