REHAB - 1st lesson to get horse back in shape

Tom had a horse come by this week with his new owner. The difference with this horse is Tom trained him when he was 3 and now he is 15. He has been out to pasture for a while and his new owner has been working on getting him in condition to ride.
After all these years this horse remembered everything Tom had taught him. He connected up so fast. This video is part of the lesson session. At the end of the session, Tom just got on and rode him around. The new owner has plans to use him on the ranch and go on some adventures. We are excited that this horse will start a new journey.
We enjoy hearing about horses that come to us and go on to do amazing things. Tom gains confidence in his horses. He wants them to be a responsible partner to their rider. He let's them take on challenges and find their own way to get through a situation. It's not just a ride for Tom, he is always teaching them something. ❤️🐃🏇🌲
