Pumpkin Spice Cake Recipe:
(makes two 9″ x 2″ cakes)

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, chopped
