Grounding & Opening Yoga Flow - Peak Pose: Bird of Paradise Day 332

Описание к видео Grounding & Opening Yoga Flow - Peak Pose: Bird of Paradise Day 332

In today's practice, we move towards a slow flow, opening the groins and hamstrings while strengthening the legs and core. We end our flow in Bird of Paradise Pose. It's a fun, challenging, standing balance! There are always options, and even if you can't fully access the pose, engaging and making an effort will build strength and support mobility. Have a blanket handy. A strap may be helpful, as well.
