Sofirn SC18 1800 Lumen Flashlight Field Test

This is a field test of the Sofirn SC18 Flashlight. I want to thank Sofirn for sending me the light and making the review possible.

Based on the price and my past experience with Sofirn products, I really have to ask the question; is this the best value-for-the-dollar EDC flashlight ever?

Of course, that's bait to get you to watch the video, but on a more serious note, that's why I do field testing. I take the product out into a real environment and put it under realistic testing in realistic circumstances.

The light should be able answer such questions on its own.

Speaking of field testing, this test was performed on a very hot night at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano, Texas.
