In this video we demonstrate the injection of steroid and anesthetic at the top of the sacroiliac joint in order to treat pain. This procedure is unique in that it is unguided and other SI joint injections are often guided with fluoroscopic equipment. However, this specific intervention is performed by localizing the dimples in the back which are the access upper sacroiliac joint and where pain is confirmed by the patient.
