By the way, this is a ROM Hack. This means, there's no dynamax pokemon or something like that in the game. So, please don't say it's fake in the comments.

Patch this file into the Fire Red ROM(1.0) using "Lunar IPS" program. There must be tutorials for it on youtube.

The girl in the PALLET TOWN will give you the ticket if you talk to her. Or you can just go inside Oak's Lab, that will teleport you directly to the island.

Also, this hack replaces so many things, like wailord's stats, birth island, inside the pokemart(useable but looks ugly), and some overworld pokemons' sprites.

Also also, quarter of wailord will disappear after battle. Can't manage to make it all gone xD
