CYGNI: All Guns Blazing was supposed to be the next big shmup but it falls flat in my opinion. The bosses are grand, but getting there is a major chore. It's tough as nails, and not in a good way. There's crap all over the screen all the time in this game. And I've played a lot of shmups! It's free on the Epic Games Store but I would only recommend a playthrough for the most diehard of shoot em up fans.
