The game is running really bad at stock settings, meaning 8GB RAM and 15W TDP. So I decided to upgrade the RAM to 16GB which made the game run without any crashes. It crashed before every couple of minutes.
But to gain a huge FPS boost I had to use RyzenAdj to increase the TDP from 15W to 25W. So I averaged 33FPS which make the game playable^^
