Climate Restoration and Supremacy both finished pretty close together and terraforming machine worlds started. Battleships and a number of other military techs came out. Got elected to the galactic council, secured permanent-ish presidency of the pacifist materialist federation, fought a quick war against some rebels in one of my vassals. Think we're in OK shape for the Khan, but I want a bit more hardware before I go after Shard.

I think this is the first time I've taken control of a non-Hegemony federation without abusing vassal votes.
