D. M. Maynard (she/her/hers), an educator, author, and Founder/Director of Maynard’s W.I.S.D.O.M., Inc., facilitates discussions to empower partners, parents, families, and educators of transgender, non-binary, and gender-questioning individuals. Explore her insightful work through books like "The Reflective Workbook" series.

👨🏼‍⚕️ After his MD and specializing in the surgical anatomy of the face, Dr. Daniel Simon was a resident in oral and maxillofacial surgery from 2001 to 2004 in Brazil, followed by a 3-year fellowship in Belgium at the Department of Oral and Craniomaxillofacial Surgery of the Eewfeestkliniek in Antwerp, hence completing his master’s degree and DMD at the University of Ghent (Belgium) in 2007. After two years of developing facial gender-affirming surgery with Dr. Luis Capitán, they co-founded Facialteam in Marbella (Spain) in 2010, a multidisciplinary surgical group dedicated to facial gender-affirming surgery. Dr. Simon actively participates in scientific literature, has pioneered technological developments in FFS, and is an expert speaker at medical congresses and training programs in leading centers worldwide.
