Croissant Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 croissants
2 whole eggs
10g butter
A pinch of salt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, or any of your choice)
Slices of ham (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prep the Croissants:
Cut the croissants in half horizontally.

2. Heat the Pan:
Place a pan over medium-high heat.
Add 10g of butter and let it melt.

3. Prepare the Eggs:
While the butter is melting, crack 2 eggs into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
Beat the eggs well.

4. Cook the Eggs:
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the melted butter.
Place the croissant halves (cut-side down) on top of the eggs.

5. *Let the Eggs Set:*
Cook until the bottom layer of the eggs is set, which should take about 3 minutes.

6. Flip and Add Toppings:
Flip the croissant and egg over.
Immediately add cheese and ham slices on top of the eggs.

7. Bring It Together:
Once the cheese melts and the croissant is nicely toasted, assemble your sandwich by bringing the croissant halves together.
