✅ STEP 1 – OPEN ACTIVE DIRECTORY USERS AND COMPUTERS
1. Start → Type Active Directory Users and Computers → Enter
2. Confirm you are in the correct Organizational Unit (OU)
✅ STEP 2 – FIND THE USER
1. Use search or browse the OU, basically in the left tree, expand your domain and go to the user’s OU.

✅ STEP 3: Reset password (secure method)
2. Right-click user → Reset Password/ IF APPLIES
✅ STEP 4 – ENTER NEW PASSWORD
If we need to Reset The password because they do not remember their last Password, then select this option:

1. Type temporary password
2. Check User must change password at next logon if required
3. Optional: Uncheck “User cannot change password” if future change allowed
