It took some effort to put all the numbers together but here it is!
Topic: How many grams are in a cup ? the answer is not simple since grams are weight measurements and cups are volumetric.
What this means is that one cup of milk will not be the same weight as a cup of marshmallows, one is clearly heavier and there is the problem converting things. The answer to the question depends on the ingredient

Cups, love them or hate them, they are everywhere and its good to know how to use them or convert them to grams
