Join me for our third tour of East London Cemetery = Thursday 7th July.

This time, we start off our tour with a bit of WW1 history & the bombing of Upper North Street School in Poplar - then we go & pay our respect at the grave of an Everyday Heroe + my own personal Everyday Heroe - then from there, right over to the other side of the cemetery = where we visit long past city of London residents who's remains "were moved from three separate churches in The City, to East London Cemetery" - then from there, a smidge of East End social history = where we visit the grave of Ada Mary Wilkins "neighbour to my Great Grandparents & local loan shark" - then finally, we end our tour at a 1960s tragedy = The grave of Pauline "who was killed while riding her beloved pony Twinkle". & we end our tour at the water features & after the tour itself = the video moves onto source material, covering each grave /person /tragedy.
