Insurance adjuster wants the contractor to agree to their low estimate. What should you do as the contractor if the insurance adjuster writes an estimate for a certain amount, you write your estimate as a supplement for twice that amount and the insurance adjuster tries to get you to agree to their repair estimate for only half that amount, in the middle? They say they will send the check if you agree to their estimate. Watch out for this. In this video, we cover exactly what to do about this challenge.
