I ordered adidas shoes from shoppers stop website (on 25th July) for my father. When I got them delivered, my father tried them and said that they are small, the size was not correct. So I returned them. A person came and collected the shoes (not the box, only shoes). Few days passed on but there was no update on refund. Then one day (probably 15th October) I called on the helpline number, and the support executive said that my shoes have failed in quality check and they will now be returned. I said that my father has not used them. He said I'll raise your complaint. Still nothing happened. After 1 month, a person from shoppers stop came and delivered the shoes. First of all I was angry that why the shoes were delivered back. Also, surprisingly, the shoes that were returned to me were not the ones that I had ordered (and returned). They were some different local and used shoes. I called on the helpline number again (16th November). They again said we'll lodge your complaint. I said I need my money back, but still they said they'll raise complaint. Few days passed and nothing happened. I again called and said I want to talk to seniors, they tried to connect call but it was busy. He said that you will get a call from senior team in half an hour. Still nothing happened. So I tried to call on the helpline number but the call couldn't connect. This happened for many days. Then one day call got connected (21st November). I said connect to senior, he said tell me how can I help you. He didn't even knew the full case. He just knew that I ordered shoes but due to failure in some test they were returned. You guys have not even updated the details in your system. I explained him all the details. Then I asked him to connect to senior. He said you cannot talk to seniors. I urged him again and again to connect me with senior but he declined. He said seniors will call you today or by tomorrow. I said to send the same details on mail. He did the same. Still nothing happened.
First of all, do you need 3 months to decide that shoes have failed in quality check and we need to return them to the customer? And then one more month to deliver them back? And that too some other shoes?
I'm tired and frustrated of you guys. This is the last warning to return my money, or, as said on call, I'm going to file a case in consumer court.
I've started looking for the formalities and process of filing a case. If, before I file a case, I get resolution from you guys then I will not file a case.
