Ecolon™ Natural Non-Stick Coating - The Healthy Choice for Non stick Cookware is a ceramic-based coating, mostly made of silicon dioxide (also known as silica or SiO2), a material commonly found in natural elements such as stone and sand.
• Suitable for use on all cook tops, including induction.
• Glass lids available to order to add more versatility to your cooking.
• Highly scratch resistant. You can use metal utensils, though common sense is still required. Sharp objects such as knives and forks can cause damage.
