A video overview, setup, and first patrol of the solitaire World War One board game "Western Front Ace" published by Compass Games and designed by Gregory Smith and Ian Cooper. The game allows the player to fly as a scout (fighter) pilot in World War One. The goal is to score as many victories as possible and simply survive.

We start in September 1916 as a pilot in the German Air Service and our first patrol is nearly the last as we encounter an elite enemy pilot over friendly lines.
