Peanut butter filling recipe

Peanut butter filling recipe tutorials for cupcakes or cakes!

1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar (pure cane)
1/2 cup milk

Mix butter and peanut butter on low until fully incorporated, scraping the sides. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar mix on low. Add milk and mix in low until fully incorporated, scraping the sides again.

Fill the middle of your cupcakes or cakes with this. It’s paired well with my peanut butter buttercream on top.
