IUT Admission Circular 2024- Islamic University of Technology
Islamic University of Technology (IUT) has released the Admission Circular 2024. To apply for admission, fill out the IUT Admission Form 2023-24 on the admission . The application period started on 22 January 2024 and will continue until 5 February 2024. Both Bangladeshi and international students can apply through the same website, following the eligibility criteria outlined in the prospectus.

Download the admit card after eligibility verification. Candidates must take part in the admission test as per the seat plan on the scheduled date. The admission results will be published after the completion of the admission test.

Application Start: 22 January, 2024
Application Deadline: 5 February 2024
Admission Test Date: 22 March, 2024

Application Eligibility
Minimum GPA of 4.5 in both HSC & SSC/Equivalent.
For O/A Level or Equivalent:
O Level: Minimum grade B (60% marks) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English.
A Level: Minimum grade B (60% marks) in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in at least one subject, and minimum grade C (50% marks) in the other two subjects.
Must have passed in 2022 or 2023.
Note: Dates and information are based on the previous circular. All details and dates will be updated once the admission circular for the 2023-24 session is released.

IUT Admission Form 2023-24
The list of students eligible for the admission test at IUT will be shown on February 2024, at 11:59 PM. Shortlisted candidates can download their admit cards from February 2024. The Islamic University of Technology will publish the shortlist on its admission website iutoic-dhaka.edu. To get the admit card, eligible candidates need to log in with the provided PIN and password sent to their registered phone number. The IUT Admission test 2023-2024 venue can be selected from February, 2024.

Admit Card Download
If you’re eligible, you can download the Islamic University of Technology Admit card from February 2024, for the IUT Admission Test 2023-24. You can’t take the admission test without this card. The Admit Card will have the test date, time, and venue. Click here to download it. Before downloading, make sure to upload your recent photo. You can find detailed instructions on the Admission Website Notice Board.

Admission Test Schedule
On Friday, March 22, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, candidates for IUT should follow these instructions:

Test Type: Multiple Choice Questions (Math 35, Physics 35, Chemistry 15, and English Competency 15)
Test Language: English
Each correct answer earns 1.00 mark, and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
The Admission Test syllabus is based on the HSC Examination syllabus of 2022.

Every student has to take the IUT admission test, and here is how the marks are distributed:
