The Nutrition Facts label provides product specific information including:

🌟SERVING SIZE. Information on the serving size and how many servings in one container. Serving sizes are standardized to help you compare foods, but aren't a recommendation on how much you should eat.

🌟CALORIES. Details on Calories per serving.

🌟 NUTRIENTS. Labels list amounts for Fat (including saturated and trans fat); Carbohydrates (including fiber, total sugars, and added sugars); Protein; Cholesterol; Sodium; Vitamin D; Calcium; Iron; and Potassium. Try to get less saturated fat, sodium, and added sugars. Try to get more fiber, vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, and Potassium.

🌟PERCENT DAILY VALUE. %DV is the percentage of the daily values for each nutrient on one serving of the food. The %DV can help you compare foods. It can also help you know if a serving is good source of (greater than or equal to 20%DV), or high in (10-19% DV) of a nutrient.

🌟INGREDIENT LIST. Ingredients are listed on the label by weight.
