Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra Day 7 - Conquering the 4900M Kinnaur Sainj Pass | Descent Challenges & Glacial Risks

Day 7 of our Shrikhand Mahadev Yatra brings us face-to-face with the fierce Kinnaur Sainj Pass, standing tall at 4900 meters. Today was a battle against both altitude and terrain, as we spent nearly two hours scouring for a safe route to descend. Every path seemed to lead to dead ends or steep drops until, with Bholenath’s blessings, we finally discovered the way forward.

The descent itself, however, was relentless—an unforgivingly steep route covered with loose rocks. Every step was a challenge; one wrong move could send us sliding into the glaciers below. In this harsh landscape, balance and precision became our lifelines as we made our way down, navigating each precarious foothold with utmost care.

Join us on this intense leg of our journey as we cross yet another formidable hurdle on the path to Shrikhand Mahadev.
