Deep relaxation and imagery-based mindfulnessHey friends! Welcome back to the channel 💫 In today’s aerial yoga session, I’m sharing one of my favorite poses - The Butterfly! These poses are also great for opening hips, releasing shoulder tension and an overall sense of relaxation.

✨ Inspired by my training with  @CamiYogAIR  , this sequence is beginner-friendly and perfect for recovery days. All you need is your aerial yoga hammock and a space to stretch out.
