Capitano is the next fatui harbinger we will meet in natlan.

His exact rank within the Harbingers is not officially confirmed, but he is considered to be the strongest and holds 1st rank among all of the harbingers.

Capitano has not yet appeared in the game as a playable character or a significant part of the storyline, but this will change in Natlan. We've already seen him in the Natlan trailer, and his appearance in the story quest has been confirmed.

We recently finally received confirmed information regarding his element and playability status. The source of this information is White.

According to him, Capitano in the cutscene uses the Cryo element that the Tsaritsa gave him. However, his true powers are outside of Teyvat and connected to the Abyss.

According to Mero, Capitano's weapon will be a one-handed sword, which gives more clues to the theory of his similarity to the Bloodstained Knight. Many fans envisioned him with a claymore. Despite this, the weapon may change to another type upon release, depending on the developers' plans.

So now we know that he uses a sword and his element is Cryo.

I don't think it's wrong to say that he will be a main DPS since all fatui harbinger are main DPS.

There is also information regarding his involvement in the Archon Quest in Natlan, but I won't spoil that for you, so you'll have to wait for the official release.

However, I think it won't be a spoiler to say that in Genshin Impact, we encounter various Fatui Harbingers in different regions of Teyvat, often as antagonists in the main story quests. Most of these Harbingers later become playable characters.

Child, also known as Tartaglia, is the Eleventh Harbinger. He plays a significant role in the Liyue storyline. He became the first Harbinger weekly boss, and now he is playable.

The same goes for Wanderer and Arlecchino. Both of them are weekly bosses and now they are playable. Mihoyo has followed this pattern for a long time, and Fatui Harbingers are becoming playable according to this Harbinger's constellation wheel.

As you can see, we started with Tartaglia at 6 o'clock and are now moving counter-clockwise. Next, we fight Signora, but she is dead, so we skip her. Then Wanderer, Arlecchino, and next should be Columbina.

I think Columbina is the second most awaited Harbinger to be released, but unfortunately, we didn't see her in the Natlan teaser. Nor is there anything about her from the 5.0 beta. But if we take a look at the constellations once more, we can see that there are seven more Harbingers to appear, and right after Columbina goes Capitano. So theoretically, we might get both of them playable in Natlan. Because if not, there simply won't be enough space to put all of them in Snezhnaya.

So, from the pattern, the next weekly boss should be Columbina and after her Capitano should be next.
