Criticism is unavoidable for men who are leading, building, and trying to do something that matters. The moment you step into responsibility—at work, at home, or in your faith—opinions follow. The real danger isn’t criticism itself. It’s letting the wrong voices shape your confidence, identity, and decisions. Healthy leadership requires humility without insecurity. It means being open to feedback while guarding your character. Judgment can be questioned. Character must be protected. Men who live with integrity create space to learn without living defensively. They don’t react out of ego or anger—they respond out of wisdom.
