In this video I perform Girls Like You by Maroon 5, using the Rode NT USB and the Rode NT1A to record my vocals. Which one do you think was better? Leave a comment below. The Rode NT USB is a USB condenser microphone by Rode which plugs right into your computer - no need for an audio interface. The Rode NT USB is good for recording vocals, musical instruments, a voiceover, or a podcast. The NT USB comes with a tripod base, mic stand mount, pop filter, USB cable, and a padded carrying case. It’s compatible with Mac OS X, Windows 8, and iOS. The Rode NT1A is a cardioid condenser microphone with traditional XLR connections. Its a pretty familiar microphone for producers which I why I decided to use it for this comparison. I also just had it laying around! :-)
